What usually lands on the owner's desk

If any of these sound familiar, you're in good company.

  • Waiver payments that arrive late or shortYou did the visits. Tracing which claims paid, which didn't, and why takes hours.
  • Visit records that don't match payrollHours in your visit verification system, hours on timesheets and hours billed should agree. Often they don't.
  • Caregiver overtime and travel timeGetting overtime right across clients and shifts, without overpaying or underpaying.
  • Cash flow gaps between payroll and paymentPayroll goes out every two weeks. Reimbursements come when they come.
  • Books that are months behindSo you can't tell which payers or service lines actually make money.

Questions owners ask

Do I have to switch software?

Usually not. We work in QuickBooks Online and connect to the payroll and billing tools you already use. If something is genuinely holding you back, we'll say so and help you move.

Do you do taxes?

We keep your books tax-ready and work with your CPA, or can introduce you to one. Year-end packages, W-2s and 1099s are part of our cleanup.

Is this a long contract?

No. Monthly service is month to month after the initial cleanup.

Do you work with non-medical and skilled agencies?

Both. Most of our agencies are non-medical, waiver-funded and growing.

Spend your time on clients and caregivers.

Twenty minutes is enough to see whether we're a fit. No pitch deck, no obligation.
